BOS is here for you!
While the past few weeks have required us to modify our regular operations, we remain committed to serving our customers and our communities. We would like to share some important information with you.
BOS has temporarily shortened our operating hours. Our branches will be open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday thru Friday and 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday (where applicable). Our Clayton, MO branch will be open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday thru Friday.
BOS branches continue to operate as drive-up only facilities and all employees who can work from home have been asked to do so. We feel these steps are necessary to meet our customers’ needs while also protecting both our customers and our employees.
While our branch operations are modified, our staff is available to you by phone or email. We encourage customers who are currently experiencing financial uncertainty to reach out to us for assistance. We are following updates on a variety of programs including federal government assistance for small business, mortgage loans and more. Please contact your local branch or call 877-698-3278 if we can help answer any questions.
