Welcome BOS Customers!


BOS is now welcoming customers back in our branch lobbies.

For the health and safety of our customers and employees:

  • Limit of 5 customers in the lobby.
  • Masks are required. Please momentarily remove your mask upon entering the lobby and look at the camera. We may also ask you to remove it while we process your transaction.
  • Please do not enter if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
  • Transactions can also be completed in the drive-up.
  • We still encourage customers to make an appointment.

Temporary Hours
BOS has temporarily shortened our operating hours.
Drive Up Hours:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm

Lobby Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm

Clayton hours remain unchanged. Their lobby is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Always Available
Online Banking – Our eBanking and eBusiness services are available 24 hours a day. Our easy to use service allows you to check balances, transfer funds and pay bills. To enroll or for more information, visit www.bankwithbos.com/online-banking/.

Mobile Banking – Our mobile banking app offers the same services from your mobile phone. If you have not downloaded our app, links are available at www.bankwithbos.com/online-banking or search BOS Mobile Banking in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Mobile Deposit – Our mobile banking app also offers the convenience of depositing a check using the camera on your mobile phone.

SBA Paycheck Protection Program


BOS is committed to helping our customers and our communities during this time of uncertainty. We are an SBA preferred lender and are available to assist with Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) applications and questions. The Paycheck Protection Program is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll.

Loan proceeds can be used for:

  • Payroll costs, including benefits;
  • Interest on mortgage obligations, incurred before February 15, 2020;
  • Rent, under lease agreements in force before February 15, 2020; and
  • Utilities, for which service began before February 15, 2020.
Payroll costs include:
  • Salary, wages, commissions, or tips (capped at $100,000 on an annualized basis for each employee);
  • Employee benefits including costs for vacation, parental, family, medical, or sick leave; allowance for separation or dismissal; payments required for the provisions of group health care benefits including insurance premiums; and payment of any retirement benefit;
  • State and local taxes assessed on compensation; and
  • For a sole proprietor or independent contractor: wages, commissions, income, or net earnings from self-employment, capped at $100,000 on an annualized basis for each employee.

SBA Lenders, including BOS, began submitting applications for our customers on April 3, 2020. Although the program is open until June 30, 2020, we encourage you to submit your application to us as quickly as you can.

You will need to complete the Paycheck Protection Program loan application and submit it to BOS. https://www.sba.gov/document/sba-form--paycheck-protection-program-borrower-application-form

You will also need to provide payroll documentation. We recommend monthly data for the previous 12 months. This data can be provided in several way such as a spreadsheet or a download from your accounting software.

At this time of uncertainty, we feel it is also important to remind our customers to be vigilant and avoid scams tied to COVID-19 fears. Do not provide personal or account information to unknown sources over the phone, email or text message.
