February Employee of the Month

Each month we recognize members of the #BOSFamily for demonstrating service excellence, either within the bank or to our customers. These employees are then nominated to become the Employee of the Year for BOS!

We are excited to announce our February Employee of the Month, Mary Flesch. Mary is an AVP and Human Resource Benefits Manager at BOS. She supports our employees though many scenarios and is always willing to help. She is active in both internal and external committees, continuing to serve her staff as well as the BOS customers. Mary takes her time to understand an issue and finds the best solution. We are proud to have Mary in our #BOSFamily!
