BOS Announces Promotions of Lynn Bandy, Jennifer Marantz, and Gregory Marantz

Lynn Bandy was named Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer. Bandy, in his 36^th year with BOS, oversees the bank’s Deposit and Loan Servicing Department, Call Center, Business Services, IT, Fraud Department, Bank Secrecy Act, Security, and the Data Processing Committee.

Jennifer Marantz was named Executive Vice President, Director of Corporate Communications and joined the bank in 2010. She is the bank’s corporate communications leader and specializes in overall bank strategy including fixed assets, branding, technology, and employee growth.

Gregory Marantz was named Executive Vice President, Finance and Risk Management and has been with the bank 11 years in August. He manages credit and operational risks, capital adequacy, optimization of financial resources to support the bank’s growth and stability and oversees the bank’s risk management policies.
