How you receive financial documents is an important step to banking safely.

Paper statements, for example, are an easy target for scammers. These personal files can be stolen from your mailbox or taken out of your trash.  Electronic Statements also knows as eStatements are an easy and secure alternative. They’re also eco-friendly!

Once you’ve registered for eStatements, you’ll receive a notification directly to your email letting you know that your monthly statement is ready. From there, log into your account to view current and past statements.

eStatements carry the same information as a paper statement, but instead of getting delivered to your mailbox, it's securely available within online and mobile banking.

 

  

Registering for eStatements

  • Once enrolled in BOS Online Banking or BOS Mobile Banking you have the option to register for eStatements.
  • Login to BOS Online Banking or the BOS Mobile Banking App.  Select Accounts from the toolbar.
  • Click Statement Preference and select the accounts you want to include.
  • That’s it!  Once you’re enrolled, you’ll receive an email when your statements are available.
