Lobby Construction

Due to construction at our Wabash branch in Springfield, Illinois, effective Monday, July 10, the lobby will be temporarily located at the back of the building. The drive-up and ATM/ITM remain open and accessible.

  

Here are a few FAQs to help navigate these changes:

Q: Will the front doors be open?

A: The front doors will not be accessible. Please use the temporary entrance at the back of the building.

Q: Will the temporary lobby be open regular banking hours?

A: Yes, both the temporary lobby location and drive-up will function and be staffed as normal and will having regular banking hours.

Q: Am I able to perform all of my banking services in the temporary lobby location?

A: Yes. For services including license plate stickers, cashier’s checks, and non-account holders transactions, please use the temporary lobby. Commercial customers can place change orders by contacting 217-529-5555. Due to construction in the area, we ask that you call and make an appointment to access your safe deposit box.

Q: Will my personal banker at Wabash still be available?

A: Yes, all three of our personal bankers, as well as a couple tellers, branch manager, and additional staff will be set up in our temporary lobby location.

Q: How long will the lobby remodel take?

A: Though you can’t put a number on construction projects, we are estimating this portion of our remodel to take no less than two months. We will post updates on our website as well as on our social media accounts.

Q: Why are you remodeling the lobby?

A: It's time for a refresh! We have been in the process of updating our Wabash space since early 2023. The lobby is the last portion of our remodel project at Wabash.

Q: Will I still be able to go through the drive-up?

A: Yes, the drive-up and ATM/ITM will be open and accessible throughout the lobby remodel process.

Q: I've never been to the back of the branch. Will there be someone there to assist me?

A: Yes, simply follow the signs to the temporary entrance. We will have a door greeter present to assist you.

Q: Will I have to park in the front and walk around back?

A: No, we will have marked reserved parking available for customers at the temporary lobby entrance.
