Making a Meaningful Impact

Can you share a recent experience where you felt you made a positive impact?

I received a lot of kind words about my first security presentation this past May. While there was some constructive feedback, I believe I created a presentation that captured the viewers’ attention and effectively communicated the key points. It was a great learning experience, and I’m excited to build on that progress moving forward.

Growing Through Organization

What is one thing you’ve learned in your role that has helped you grow professionally?

I’ve learned the importance of being intentional and organized when it comes to planning ahead. Scheduling tasks, following through on action plans, and breaking larger goals into manageable steps takes practice, but it has helped me grow tremendously in my role.

Finding Purpose in Problem-Solving

What part of your work do you find most rewarding, and why?

For me, it’s seeing a need in a customer or situation, and being able to offer or implement a solution, whether it’s listening to a customer’s problem on the phone, or designing a teaching outline for a particular subject that engages the viewer in a meaningful way.
