November Employee of the Month: Robin P.

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Robin P., our November Employee of the Month! Robin has been with BOS for nearly a decade, and in that time, she’s built a reputation for being reliable, hardworking, and an exceptional member of the #BOSFamily. 

We asked Robin a few questions to get to know her better and find out what keeps her motivated every day:

What motivates you to go above and beyond in your work?

I always strive to do the best that I can in everything that I do in life. So, it would be no different in my job.

Robin always gives 100% in everything she does, which really shows in the care she takes with her work and how consistent she is every day.

What is the best part of working at BOS for you?

The best part for me has been the friendships that I have made over the years.

After almost ten years here, Robin has built some amazing friendships that make coming to work something to look forward to. Her friendly, approachable nature makes her someone everyone enjoys collaborating with.

Who’s been your biggest inspiration or mentor at BOS, and why?

Kerri K. has been my mentor at BOS. I have wanted to go into underwriting and for a while I was working with her to learn this job. She was very patient with me during this learning process and was always willing to answer my questions. To this day I know that I can call her with any question that I may have on my files and she will take the time to help me.
