Spotlighting our March Employee of the Month! 

At BOS, our employee are the heart of the exceptional service and relationships that we build each day. We are proud to recognize Chelsea B., CRM Administrator, as our March Employee of the Month for her dedication, teamwork, her commitment to always strive for improvement. 

In her role, Chelsea helps support important areas of BOS, including communication strategy, campaign planning, reporting, and data accuracy. She plays a key role in helping our teams stay connected and operate efficiently.  We asked Chelsea a few questions about her role and what inspires her each day.

What does teamwork mean to you, and how do you contribute to it?

To me, teamwork is one of the most important parts of any career. Each person on a team brings a different set of skills and viewpoints to work toward the same goal. In my role at BOS, being a team player is especially important because my work supports many moving parts when it comes to communication strategy, reporting, campaign planning, data accuracy, and more.

What part of your work do you find most rewarding, and why?

The part of my work I find most rewarding is the combination of people, growth, and purpose. I find value in being part of a team that creates a supportive, collaborative, and overall enjoyable environment to work together in.

   

I also find it very rewarding to take on new projects and challenges. I enjoy opportunities to solve problems and expand my knowledge of improving processes. I pride in sharing my knowledge with teammates and others that are eager for growth at BOS.

What is one thing you've learned in your role that has helped you grow professionally?

One thing that I've learned while working in Marketing that has helped me grow professionally is valuing the ability to be adaptable. This role means knowing priorities, learning technology, and focusing on business strategy, which are all things that can change quickly.

  

Staying flexible and adjusting to new challenges has truly helped me focus and find the best solutions. Adapting when taking on new projects, learning systems, and navigating change has taught me the importance of continuous learning and strengthened my problem-solving skills.
