Debbie’s positive attitude and dedication shine through in everything she does. She takes pride in supporting her teammates and helping make their days easier.

What I enjoy most about my role is knowing that I am a reliable source to my co-workers. It makes me happy knowing I can bring a little comfort and happiness to each of them. By getting them what they need in a timely fashion, I feel I help them worry less about the “little things” to make their job easier.

Throughout her time at BOS, Debbie has continued to grow both personally and professionally. She credits the bank’s mentorship program for helping her discover a stronger sense of purpose and direction.

One thing I have learned in my role that has helped me grow both personally and professionally is “My Why” and “My Purpose”. Through the mentorship program at the bank, I have come to realize the best version of myself. This has helped me set future goals that will potentially enhance and balance both my work and home life.
