Skip the Trip & Take Action with BOS Digital Banking

Managing your bank account should fit your schedule. We love seeing our customers in person, and you can always rely on coming into our branches whenever you need us. However, we know that life gets busy and your time is valuable.

With BOS Online Banking and the BOS Mobile Banking App, you can skip the trip to a branch and manage your account on the go.

You have the power to update your information, secure your account, and connect with our team directly from your phone or computer.

Here is how you can take action today using our convenient digital features.


Update Your Email Address

Keep your account notifications flowing to the right place. To update your email address:

  1. Log in to BOS Online Banking or the BOS Mobile App.
  2. Navigate to your Profile or Settings menu. 
  3. Select Email Address tab, input your new email, and save your changes. 

   


Request an Address Change

Need to update your physical or mailing address? You can kickstart the process digitally.

  1. Go to your Profile Setting.
  2. Click on the Address tab. 
  3. Fill out your new address details and submit the form. 

*Security Note: This form will not automatically update your address in our system. Submission sends a secure request to our Customer Resource Center (CRC) team. A CRC Representative will call you the next business day to verify your information before securely updating your profile.


Update Your Password

Regularly updating your password is one of the best ways to keep your finances secure.

  1. Go to your Profile Setting, select the Password tab.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Create and confirm a new password following the security prompts.

   


Enable Biometric Login (Fingerprint or Face ID)

Tired of typing your password every time? Set up biometric login to access your account with just a glance or a touch.

  1. Open the BOS Mobile app, click Menu, and select Settings.
  2. The system will prompt you to enter a nickname for your device (e.g., "BOS Dog’s Phone").
  3. Enter your current username and password, then click Enroll.

Place a Stop Payment

If you need to stop a check from clearing, you can act immediately without calling a branch.

  1. Navigate to the Accounts tab.
  2. Click on Stop Payments.
  3. Input the required check details and submit the request to halt the payment.

Securely Message the Customer Care Team

Have a specific account question or a situation that requires extra help? Skip the hold times on the phone and send a secure message, our team will review it and reply directly through the secure portal.

  1. Click on your Profile icon in the top right-hand corner
  2. Select the Messages tab.
  3. Click Compose New Message. 
  4. Fill in the required fields and type out the details of your situation.
