What Keeps You Motivated You at Work?

When asked about what keeps her energized and driven day after day, Payton gives all the credit to her team and their support:

My team! I work with some great people, and they go above and beyond for me, and I am just repaying the favor!

Payton's approach to teamwork shines through in her philosophy on leading by example:

I think a great team player is willing to be there no matter the situation. I believe that leading by example is the best way, and that you cannot lead people if you do not know what it is they do yourself.

We have so many exemplary people at BOS, but I don’t think I would be in this position if it wasn’t for Teresa, Diana, and Kelsy. All three of them are great women who have helped me immensely while navigating my life and career.
