Bank of Springfield recently welcomed Dustin Mardis to the #BOSFamily. Dustin joined BOS in March 2023 as Community Bank President.  He was born and raised in Bloomington, Illinois and worked the previous 5.5 years as a Senior Vice President for a community bank. 

He brings over 27 years of banking experience to BOS and will be focused on building loan relationships in the Bloomington – Normal area. 

Bloomington has always been home to me, both personally and professionally.  I am very excited for the opportunity to work with clients in a familiar market.

Dustin received his bachelor’s degree in finance at Illinois State University and his master’s in business administration at the University of Illinois Springfield.  He and his wife, Jessica, live in Bloomington along with their two sons, Nick and Thomas.  In their spare time, the Mardis family enjoys woodworking, riding ATVs, and fishing.  One of Dustin’s favorite pastimes is spent on the baseball field, where he has been a coach for jr. high and travel ball teams for 13 years.
