Each month we recognize one member of the #BOSFamily for demonstrating service excellence, either to our customers or within the bank. Winners are nominated by their coworkers.

We’d like to introduce our September Employee of the Month, Shelby Stiltz! Shelby took on the role of Branch Manager at our Jacksonville College branch in fall of 2022. She continuously shows a dedication to her customers that goes and above and beyond! From daily responsibilities to unique situations, Shelby works hard to provide the best service. She leads her team with a smile and provides a helping hand wherever she can. We are proud to recognize her as an outstanding employee!
