ELIGIBILITY

This pool is offered to legal residents of Illinois and Missouri at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Entries without valid address and phone number will be removed from the competition. Limited to the first 4,000 valid entries in the Men’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza and the first 4,000 valid entries in the Women’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza. Employees of Bank of Springfield and Woodward Community Media ("Sponsors") and the immediate family (including but not limited to spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, grandparents, grandchildren, and in-laws, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Submissions for the Men’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza opens at 7:00 pm CST on Sunday, March 15, 2026. Submissions for the Women’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza opens at 9:00 pm CST on Sunday, March 15, 2026.

You have two methods of entering:
To enter online, fill out a Pool Bracket Entry Form at www.bankwithbos.com. You will be asked to provide your full name, complete home address, including zip code, home telephone number (including area code), and email address. Nicknames, aliases, incomplete information, and any profanity will cause your entry to be rejected. All online entries for the Men’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza must be received by 10:00 am CST on Thursday, March 19, 2026. All online entries for the Women’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza must be received by 10:00 am CST on Friday, March 20, 2026.

Entries submitted in person for the Men’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza must be received by end of business day on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Entries submitted in person for the Women’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza must be received by end of business day on Thursday, March 19, 2026.

GENERAL RELEASE

By participating in the contest, you release and agree to hold harmless RunYourPool, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

INTERNET/TECHNOLOGY PROBLEMS; RELEASE; DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this game and contest, Run Your Pool reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest at any time. Released Parties assume no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or garbled entries. None of the Released Parties are in any way responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by RunYourPool on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials in this contest. Bank of Springfield and Woodward Community Media are not responsible for lost or incorrect entries submitted in person.

RULES

Scoring: Scoring rules are the same for both Men’s and Women’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanzas. Winners from the Men’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza and winners from the Women’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza will be selected based on their picks. For each correct pick in round one, the entrant shall receive 1 point. For each correct pick in round two, the entrant shall receive 2 points. For each correct pick in round three, the entrant shall receive 3 points. For each correct pick in round four, the entrant shall receive 4 points. For each correct pick in round five (the Final Four), the entrant shall receive 5 points. For each correct pick in round six (the Championship), the entrant shall receive 6 points. Play-in game(s) will not count toward this pool. The two teams affected will be represented in the initial round of the standard 64-team tournament as effectively one single team. Contestants will not need to pick a winner of the play-in game.

In the event of a tie at the completion of Round 6, the winner shall be determined by the entrant who predicted the total number of points in the Championship Game, or came closest to the total. If there remains a tie, the winner shall be determined by the entrant who picked the most teams in the Final Four. If there remains a tie, the winner shall be determined by the entrant who has the highest pick percentage throughout the tournament. If there still remains a tie, the prize will be split between the winners.

The winners of the pool will be notified by email or telephone within approximately seven [7] days of the Men’s Championship Game and the Women’s Championship Game. Bank of Springfield shall have no liability for Winners’ failure to receive notices due to no voicemail, full voicemail, spam, junk email, or other security settings or for Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winners cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within ten [10] days of when the notification was made, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited.

PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING

Men’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza Prizes:
Grand Prize: A person who correctly picks 60 of 63 games will win $100,000.00.
**In the event more than one entrant correctly picks 60 of 63 games, the $100,000 Grand Prize will be split evenly among all winners of the Men’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza.

Prize for First Place: $1,000.00 payable to the winner
Prize for Second Place: $400.00 payable to the winner
Prize for Third Place: $200.00 payable to the winner

Women’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza Prizes:
Grand Prize: A person who correctly picks 60 of 63 games will win $100,000.00.
**In the event more than one entrant correctly picks 60 of 63 games, the $100,000 Grand Prize will be split evenly among all winners of the Women’s Bank Shot College Bracket Bonanza.

Prize for First Place: $1,000.00 payable to the winner
Prize for Second Place: $400.00 payable to the winner
Prize for Third Place: $200.00 payable to the winner

Odds of winning are directly related to the number of entries and the contestant's ability to pick the correct teams. Receipt by winners of the prizes offered in this contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Prize maybe subject to 1099 reporting - please consult a tax advisor. ANY VIOLATIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER(S), AT BANK OF SPRINGFIELD’S SOLE DISCRETION, WILL RESULT IN WINNER(S)’ DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER(S) WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Pool is governed by, and these rules will be construed and interpreted pursuant to, the laws of Illinois. A determined winner may be disqualified and, in such case, an alternate winner may or may not be selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a selected winner (i) cannot be reached because the prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable or unclaimed after 10 days, or (ii) is found to not have complied with the contest rules. All unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. By accepting the prize, where permitted by law, each winner agrees to grant to Sponsor and its licensees, affiliates, and assigns the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use--worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web--at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration. Further, by accepting the prize, each winner agrees, and by entering this Pool, participants agree, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its licensees, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, participation in any pool-related activity, or participation in this Pool. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds; to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Pool or Web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Usage of the Web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE DELIBERATELY ANY WEB SITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE POOL IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Pool at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or domain names associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Pool or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the Pool. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to the Web site. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Pool or downloading materials from or use of the Web site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Pool, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Internet portion of this Pool for any entries and select the winner from regular mail-in entries and Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS LICENSEES, AND/OR THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST SITE. By entering the Pool, participants agree to Sponsors' use of participant's personal information as follows: to post results on the web site, for publicity for future contests; or to send you information about sponsors’ products. Winners' name and photo may be used in contest promotions by sponsor and contest partners including Odds on Promotions. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, sponsors cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or any information provided by our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Sponsors will not be liable for disclosures of your personal information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. However, once we receive your transmission, we do our best to ensure its security on our systems by making reasonable efforts to protect the information.
