She adds a wealth of experience to the position including commercial lending and deposits, retail, wealth management, and estate planning.

Shelby is the branch manager at the BOS Banking Center in Champaign and joined BOS in April 2024. She is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the branch. Shelby received her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University.

Diane joined BOS in January 2024. She is a personal banker officer and will be assisting the community bank president with various Champaign market needs. Diane started her banking career as a teller and has been in banking for over 30 years.

Mitch Wilson joined BOS in April 2025 and has over 15 years of banking and lending experience. He is part of the mortgage team and will serve as Vice President, Mortgage Lending Officer in our Champaign banking center.
