Manage My Cards

How to Turn Debit Card Off

• Navigate to My Cards in your BOS Mobile App
• Tap the Card is ON button
  • Once the card is inactive the button will read Card is OFF. To turn the card back on, tap the Card is OFF button and the card will return to active.

How to Set Up Notifications

• Navigate to My Cards in your BOS Mobile App
• Tap Controls & Alerts
  • Under Alerts Select Alert for all transactions
    • Includes locations, merchants, transaction types, and spend limits.

How to Customize Control Preferences

• Navigate to My Cards in your BOS Mobile App
• Restrict card use to specific locations, merchants, transaction types, and spend limits.
  • Tap Location
    • Enable geographic boundaries on where the card can be used.
  • Tap Merchant Types
    • Select approved stores to allow payment (restaurants, gas stations, stadiums, etc.).
  • Tap Transaction Types
    • Choose if the card can be used in store, online, and at an ATM (ATM withdrawals available for BOS Teen Checking, not available for BOS Youth Checking).
  • Tap Spend Limits
    • The limit of the account is set at $200 per transaction for BOS Youth Checking and $300 for BOS Teen Checking. The spending limit can be lowered or increased with parent or guardian approval.
