• Qualifying borrowers will receive a $1,000 credit toward closing costs, which includes an appraisal of the property, recording fee and other one-time costs associated with a mortgage loan.
• Borrowers are offered financial counseling and resources during the first year of homeownership, including advice on budgeting for expenses and planning for future repairs or updates
