Austin is a Vice President and Commercial Lender with BOS and has been with the bank for 9 years. He was instrumental in the bank’s expansion into the Kansas City market as well as the transition from a loan production office to our now full-service branch. Austin develops relationships with business owners, developers, and investors to structure financing associated with the industries of commercial real estate, construction, agriculture, and commercial & industrial/business. He is an alum of the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign (bachelors), Missouri State University (MBA), and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

Wyatt is the branch manager at our Kansas City location. He brings 7 years of banking experience to the team and leads retail efforts for the location including operations, transactions, and account openings.
Stephen McMillan
Vice President of Information Security
Stephen is a Vice President and Information Security Officer with BOS. He has been with the bank for 16 years and recently joined the Kansas City market. Stephen is part of the IT team and manages the bank’s security framework as well as internal training and procedures.

Katelyn joined BOS in March 2026 and is a Commercial Loan Assistant and Officer. She has been in the banking industry for over 10 years and helps manage loan requests for BOS including title work and appraisals. Katelyn also assists with processing, payments, and additional banking services.
