On this trip we will visit four different religious areas of St. Louis.
We will tour the new Hindu Temple of St. Louis and learn about Hindu beliefs and customs, while visiting this imposing and beautiful temple.
Next, we will visit the St. Louis Abbey / St. Anselm Church. This modern chapel’s design is by Gyo Obata, and the stained glass is by Frei Studios, and is wonderfully - unique.
We will have and included lunch at St. Raymond’s Maronite church downtown, and it is St. Louis’ favorite Wednesday lunch spot. The menu will consist of Mediterranean entrees or good old chicken and dumplings.
After lunch, we will visit the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple and learn customs and traditions of Buddhism in this beautiful setting.
On our last stop, we will visit the Daar ul Islam Mosque and learn about Muslim worship and customs inside this inspiring Mosque.
